 YOGA:

I started practicing yoga about 15 years ago in New York after an accident with a car. Passionate about running I was forced to stop at that time and connected with  Yoga. Practicing asanas (postures) and doing breath work became my safe heaven form the hectic New York scene.

I decided a few years ago to go to India to connect with the land of Yoga and did my 200 hr RTT training in Goa.

Coming back to Europe, visiting several classes and courses, I realised that people are sometimes pushing themselves in poses or give up after a class. I offer ready to measure classes for people that want to have a more adapted class for what they need. Specifically in opening the hips , back and hamstrings.

BREATH:

​

I can help you to overcome some of the most common health challenges today using the power of your own breath. Breathing can help reduce the fear of public speaking, improve digestion, reduce insomnia, lower stress, anxiety, and overwhelm.

Being a Breath coach, you will feel the difference in a few coaching sessions.
